• For all returns and exchanges, please Open a Support Ticket.
  • Upon authorization, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Please note that all duties, taxes, and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

When returning:

  • Write RETURN FOR REPAIR and Reference your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. 
  • Device returning must be in original packaging. If Devices are no longer in original packaging or you are sending separate part of the device, please apply multiple layers of padding protection and place it in a double layered Cardboard Box or alike. All returns/packaging will be subject to incoming inspection by a Quality Control Technician for any damage during shipping. Rehabtronics will not be responsible of any subsequent damage caused during shipping.
